I created Unapologetic to explore different themes around gender, race, sexuality, and diverse points of view. My hope was to encourage compassionate and thoughtful dialogue around identity and difference in experience. As the producer/director, main camera, and lead editor, I built a digital-first documentary series that garnered millions of views across YouTube and Facebook and was nominated in Best in Social Video and Campaigns in the 2019 and 2020 Webby Awards.
